A New Chapter Begins

I’m thrilled to officially launch Root to Bloom Books, a space dedicated to creating engaging, meaningful stories that help children grow—both in imagination and in life skills. Our first adventure, Popsicles in Space, is just the beginning of this journey, and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.

As a parent and an educator, I’ve spent years navigating the challenges of executive function skills—both in the classroom and at home. I know what it’s like to see a bright, creative child struggle with organization, self-regulation, and impulse control, and I also know how powerful the right strategies and support can be.

Why Root to Bloom?

Children don’t develop executive function skills overnight—it’s a process, much like growing a garden. At Root to Bloom Books, my goal is to plant the seeds of self-regulation, problem-solving, and perseverance through stories that make learning fun.

Just like Popsicles in Space takes kids on an imaginative journey while subtly teaching planning, flexibility, and perseverance, future books will explore more ways to help kids build strong executive function skills in a playful, relatable way.

But this isn’t just about books. Root to Bloom Books is here to support parents and caregivers with practical strategies that can be applied at home. Alongside each story, I’ll be sharing:
